To this end, we have developed a comprehensive process that outlines all the necessary steps and milestones – from the initial considerations right through to the operation of the live application.

Naturally, we also rely on the standardised processes for Build, Grow and Evolve of SAP solutions, thereby enabling a flexible yet standardised implementation. A key feature: at the end of each process stage, there are quality gates that define the specific output of that phase. All project stakeholders come together at this ‘gate’. And they only pass through it once all defined deliverables have been delivered and accepted.
