scc operates its own support organization for customers as the first contact point for questions and technical assistance in diverse areas. In the framework of the SAP VAR (Value Added Reseller) Program, this application service attends to all activities of the SAP-Maintenance Agreement in the form of a SAP System House. As SAP VAR Partner the scc support organization is a certified Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE). Beyond this, scc offers the option of its Support Organization conducting an Applications Service. Based on SLA - Service Level Agreements, scc provides the Incident and Application Management of the SAP Landscape for its customers. Projects for the setup of such process based on the implementation of the SAP-Solution Manager are also carried out by employees of our Support Center.
